Dungeness螃蟹季,开始啦丨赶紧起来吃螃蟹啦

喜爱Dungeness螃蟹的吃货们，螃蟹季到啦。

加州沿岸的Dungeness开始捕捞的第一天，就吸引了很多湾区居民，他们还是去码头，亲眼见证此次捕捞季节的第一天。

而且，很多party boat会带着游客出海捕捞，以娱乐为主哈，不会真的像商业捕捞船那样。通常运气好，可以收获螃蟹，rockfish，lingcod。通常费用是110到130美元。但是如果你的收获足够多，那么绝对超过船票哦，例如rockfish，每条20磅，一磅10美元左右。

在秋天，一般每个持有渔证的人最多可以：rockfish (10 per person), 和Dungeness crab (also 10 per person). 注意 Dungeness 最小必须在5¾ inches以上, 从蟹壳的宽处测量。

感兴趣的小伙伴，可以在Pillar Point Harbor, Berkeley, Emeryville等码头，预约到这类带着大家出海的渔船。

Dungeness螃蟹中最常见的就是domoic acid问题，这对螃蟹没有什么影响，但是对部分人群是不利的。

最好的捕捞螃蟹的地方实在离海岸10到15miles，水深90到200feet，其中150到170 feet的水深是最理想的。诱饵通常用鱿鱼，最好的是用夏季腌制的鲑鱼鱼肚。

For rockfish: Limit 10 per person. Use split-tail Scampi rigged on 3- to 6-ounce leadhead jig, or FAT squid, tipped with squid; 5- or 6-inch purple and silver Point Wilson Darts; whole squid with two-hook rig.

Bay restriction: Dungeness crab cannot be possessed in San Francisco Bay waters. Some will target rock crab at Fort Point Pier and Muni Pier in San Francisco.

提醒，各位不论是自己去抓螃蟹，还是跟随渔船出海，一定要留意是否需要持有渔证和每类海鲜捕捞的限制。通常，除了一些人工码头外，基本都是需要有效渔证的。

对了，还有一种更轻松的方法，就是可以去half moon bay或者是Fisherman’s Wharf 直接从渔民手里买螃蟹哦。
